These terms cover your use of HypeBlitz, available on the App Store for iOS.

Using HypeBlitz

HypeBlitz is free to use. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the app (generally, be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract or have a parent/guardian's permission). Don't use the app to generate abusive, harmful, or illegal content, and don't attempt to circumvent its built-in safety checks.

Bring your own key

If you connect your own third-party LLM or text-to-speech API key, that usage is a direct relationship between you and that provider, governed by their terms and billed by them, not us. We are not responsible for the cost, availability, or output of any third-party service you connect.
